Accessories; Top 5 and How to do understated jewellery.

Minimal yet elegant jewellery pieces can often help give an air of class. But how can you achieve this on a budget?

Just because you can't afford to go to Tiffany and Co. to buy a pair of diamond stud earrings or a pearl necklace does not mean you still can't pull off a classy and elegant look. The trick is to not go over the top by piling on too many pieces and looking like a living, walking jewellery stand.

This (Iridian Necklace) has to be my favourite piece for Spring/Summer 2015 with it's layered coral pink beads it's best suited with either a crop top or a spaghetti string top. Seen as the neck area is so busy you'll want to keep the ears simple with an optional stud earring.

Every year we see many variations of the nautical theme be it blue and white striped blazers, white denim or cotton pencil skirts or simple board shorts. Pearls, sea shells, anchors and star fish are part of this (Marcia Seaside Earrings) exquisite set of stud earrings. With eight pairs you'll never have to worry about not having a pair for any outfit of your desire.

Third on our list of understated jewellery is this spunky Violetta 4 piece set. Wear them all together or mix and match it's just the right touch to a rock star look perfect for nights out on the town.

With all the music festivals already booked in your agenda it would be a serious fashion crime not to invest in some hair jewellery. The Odalis Hair Jewellery piece is wearable in 5 different ways so whether you want to put your hair in a loose bun or go for the beach hair babe you'll stand apart from the crowd.

Last on our list of top five understated jewellery pieces is the Jessamine Watch. Four spring colours in a fun and young design. If you're downplaying your outfit why not inject a pop of colour with one of these watches?

If in doubt stand in front of a full length mirror or take a selfie and just look over the entire look. Does it feel balanced? Too little or too much? You can always ask your partner, sister, mother or best friend. Each new campaign will bring trends from past campaigns as well as new additions so keep an eye out especially in the sales brochures where you can get yourself some good discounts.
